01Who is the 3T Academy for?

The Academy is for ambitious players in Years 3–6 who want consistent small-group coaching alongside their team football. Groups are split into Years 3–4 and Years 5–6.

02When and where does the Academy train?

Academy sessions run on Mondays at Belstone FC, WD6 3AB. Years 3–4 train from 4:30–5:30pm and Years 5–6 from 5:30–6:30pm.

03How much does the Academy cost?

Membership is £75 per month. Your first session is a free trial so the player can experience the coaching before you decide.

04Who is individual coaching for?

Individual coaching is for ambitious players aged 6–18 who want focused support alongside their team football—from developing grassroots players to those already in academy or performance environments.

05What happens in the £30 Player Assessment?

It is a full 60-minute 1-to-1 coaching session. We observe the player across the Technical, Tactical and Total areas, then share clear feedback and a recommended development focus. There is no obligation to continue.

06What safeguarding and first-aid training is in place?

Tuoyo holds a current DBS check and has completed both FA Safeguarding and FA First Aid training. Player welfare, clear communication and an age-appropriate environment are central to every session.
